Two points from the advertisement that we settle before you commit. The price is quoted at €20,430 on the linked results page and €20,500 on other adverts for the same size, so we confirm the current figure and the exact parcel. And this is a builder-advertised plot, so we establish the total agency fees, the servicing and the construction conditions in writing.
About Bruc-sur-Aff
Bruc-sur-Aff lies on the Aff, in the south of the Ille-et-Vilaine, in the country between Redon and the forest of Brocéliande. It is a quiet village with the everyday things you need close at hand, and it sits in one of the more atmospheric corners of inland Brittany.
The Aff valley is walking and canoeing country, running north towards La Gacilly and south to join the Oust near Redon. A few minutes away, the Île aux Pies is a small gorge of rock faces and clear water where people climb, swim and paddle in summer — one of the best-loved spots in the region.
North of here the land rises into Brocéliande, the forest of the Arthurian legends, with its lake at Comper, the Val sans Retour and the tomb of Merlin. Saint-Just, with its megalithic alignments — the most important prehistoric site in Brittany after Carnac — is fifteen minutes west.
Redon is around twenty minutes: supermarkets, a hospital, schools and lycées, a cinema, a weekly market, and a station with a direct TGV to Paris in about two and a quarter hours and trains to Rennes and Nantes in around forty minutes. Rennes itself is about fifty minutes by road, with its international airport.
