The Contrat de Construction de Maison Individuelle is one of the most important pieces of consumer protection legislation in France. It was introduced specifically to protect buyers from cost overruns, delays, poor workmanship, and contractor insolvency.

Sign the CCMI

Once the project is costed and the land is secured, you sign the CCMI. Fixed price. Legal completion date. Five layers of consumer protection. Your budget is safe.

Construction Begins

Foundations to roof in 4–8 months. You pay in regulated stages as work progresses. We monitor progress and keep you informed throughout.

Handover & Keys

We accompany you to the final inspection (réception des travaux). Nothing is signed off until every detail is right. Then — the keys are yours.
